Sometimes, we’re too close to an obstacle to see it for what it is, much less find a way around it. CWE has become a “go-to” on campus for managers, leaders and individual team members who’ve gone as far as they could on their own. By “joining” their teams, we help them identify the barriers and find ways to overcome them. No judgment. No blame. Just listening, expert guidance and ongoing support.
