A person’s or community’s pursuit of wellbeing is profoundly impacted by the presence of numerical diversity and representation, equitable policy and practices, and dynamic, inclusive, and intentional practices of inclusion so that each person feels they belong.

We work with groups, departments, and schools to explore the ways in which wellbeing is directly connected to the experience of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in an engaging way that allows participants to see that DEIB and wellbeing are both requisite to success and not ancillary; that these two aspects of life are integral to a professional work environment, and not supplementary.

We engage with leaders to understand how the achievement of their goals are directly connected to their integration of DEIB and wellbeing practices at work, and to explore how policies, practices, and cultural norms of their teams support equity, create space for diverse backgrounds and identities, and promote a sense of belonging.
